The delivery fee depneds on the size and the area. We will get back to you after your email.

Payment method

[Bank Trasfer]　Please let us know the bank which you would like to use. You can pay through bank transfer only. You will receive confirmation e-mail with bank account number payable after you ordered. Please note that you are responsible for all bank charges.

Time of Delivery

Shipped within two weeks unless the item is out of stock. If the item is out of stock, it would take about 1 month to be shipped. We will contact you the estimated delivery date.

Tax, Shipping fee and Bank transfer fee.

Payment Term

If the payment cannot be confirmed within 7 days after the confirmation has been sent, your order will be automatically cancelled.

Returns Policy

If the delivered items were damaged or defective, please let us know within 3 days of receiving. [Email:tazzitazzi@yahoo.co.jp]. And please add the photos of defective part at the e-mail to us. We will exchange the items, reproduct or refunds if they are damaged or defective.
If you find it, please refer to the procedure as follows:
(1) Please keep the delivery bag or delivery box and other packaging materials well. Please never throw them away.
(2) Please contact us about damage of product and send us the picture of them(product and packaging materials).
(3) Please contact Post Office and submit the Damage Report to them.
We submit the Damage Report to Japanese Post office at the same time. If the item is damaged or stained due to your error, we cannot approve returns. We do not accept any returns, exchanges or refunds after 3 days since the day of the item was delivered. Due to the hand-made-order, we will not be able to accept any exchanges or returns because of the customers' personal preferences.
Note: The colour of the actual product and photo of the item may differ slightly.

Oversea Shipping

Please let us know the address where you would like to send. Import duties and taxes may be applied upon customs clearance into your country. Please pay these costs directly to the delivery agents or the customs office on delivery. We do not accept refund, exchange and cancellation in any case for international shipping services. For details, please contact to the customs office of your country.

Cancellation

Cancellation will not be accepted after confirmation your remittance to our bank account.
